How to enable Run Anyway – Windows Defender SmartScreen

Do you want to launch and app that is safe but SmartScreen blocked you?

If you’re absolutely sure you can trust the application you can run it by following the tutorial below.

You can register for JSE Coin in this page.

In this short tutorial I’ll show you how to run the Windows apps that are blocked for this example we’ll be using JSE coin.

It is a cool app it has desktop minor for windows on which you can mine JSE coin of course. SmartScreen will of course try to block it. You have to download the the miner from this page: https://jsecoin.com/topic/jsecoin-desktop-mining-app-0-4-0-download/

We you will launch the miner it will be blocked. Follow these steps:

Go to start menu and type Windows Defender you will get Windows Defender Security Center
Select App & browser control. Just click on it.
Next find Check apps and files and change it from Block to Warn. Or Off if you really know what are you doing. But it is recommended to keep it at Warn.
That is it you will be able to click More info now and select Run Anyway option.
