Witcher 2 – Tutorial Fail: Enter character development panel

So I was testing my new rig with Witcher 2. Have not played it before and the tutorial happened. So a solution is quite simple.

Solution: press C to open the panel. Go to the top, select the top right bubble. And in the bottom of the screen you will find mutate. Press it and you are done.
