Tutorial: How to remove watermarks (multiple logos) with Photoshop 2017

This is short tutorial-demonstration which I hope will help someone struggling with removing watermarks from product images. For some strange reasons some wholesalers do not provide clear pictures for their products. So you have to take these measures to fix it.

I am using Photoshop CC to remove watermarks. Using the following techniques:
◘ Adjustments / Replace Color
◘ Spot healing brush tool
◘ Adjustments / Black & White
