Iphone SE Phone App Contact Scroll Down Bug

Small but annoying bug with the latest and apparently not greatest iPhone SE. You can’t scroll down to last Contacts in your Phone App. Reasons unknown. Please watch and comment if you do have a same issue with your iPhone SE.
